about
“Fertility Filter is about my son. It talks about fading out the peripherals before he was born so I can focus on keeping him safe. The main lyric ‘Fade Out’ is aimed at fading out the distractions we meet along the way, especially being performing artists in the world today”. – Corey
lyrics
Give so softly now
Disguise your wholesome howl
Fade Out
Fade Out
Fade Out
Fade With Me
Give me away now
Man it’s yours
It’s yours
It’s your way now
Let me just fade out
Let me just fade out
Let me just fade out
It’s your way now
Give so softly now
Disguise your wholesome howl

Like so many others, this came like a bolt out of the blue and, even though it's well before payday, I had to have this astonishing album on vinyl to prove it exists. The feel of the tunes makes me feel like the Impressions do, Curtis Mayfield, the big spaces and instinctive horns and stuff drifting in and out. Great grooves and I can see lots of ghosts nodding along to this with big smiles on their faces. At last! Anthony Cottrell
